Welcome Home has provided personal and unique marketing integrations in the Permian Basin since 2013. We are an established welcoming service, greeting over 11,600 residents since we began. We are privileged to provide this unique network, striving to assist in the growth of businesses and to help with a less stressful and more peaceful transition into our community for new residents. We are locally owned, hands-on, and personal with our partners and the residents of the Permian Basin.

Welcome Home strives to provide a safe and informative service for residents to find trustworthy businesses throughout the Permian Basin. We aim to assist businesses and non-profits in our community by connecting them organically to residents in order to grow their business.
Through hand-delivering practical resources to the doorsteps of new residents, Welcome Home bridges the gap between businesses and their future clients. We also aim to continue to be a trustworthy and fluid fiber of the community, making business owners and residents feel understood and cared for.

Meet Our Owner

Audrey Whitley

Audrey's LOVE for people started at a very young age when she began caring for children in people's homes in JR High as an independent babysitter and housekeeper. Thriving as a young entrepreneur, she realized the importance of "Adding Value" to someone's life and this realization began a journey of doing so in many endeavors. In 1994, Audrey advanced to the Mrs. Texas pageant representing our city as Mrs. Midland. This experience allowed her to utilize her skill set of public speaking and developed a passion for philanthropy and community.

Audrey is a mother of 3 adult children & is blessed to be friends with her 2 bonus adult children through marriage. She is an “Audi” through marriage with 5 grandkids. Life is possible in this capacity because of Jesus and her marriage to her amazingly supportive husband, Sam Whitley of 14 wonderful years.

Audrey is the owner and founder of A Maid 2 Order & the founder a Non Profit - Rise Restoration Ranch. Audrey's skill set of bringing people together to create excellent client and professional housekeeping is generating excellent relationships and building a solid foundation for excellence in our community through Welcome Home. Audrey's love for people and the desire to "Add Value" to someone's life was a perfect match for welcoming our Permian Basin Newcomers!!!

Meet Our Executive Admin

Rachel Ray

Rachel came to us from Jacksonville, Texas in 2018! She is married and has a beautiful Dog named Apollo. Rachel has proven to be a perfect match for Welcome Home, A Maid 2 Order, & Rise Restoration Ranch with her love for helping and ensuring companies she works for thrive and grow!

Her experience with leadership and support roles started in High School that led her to a career path to include being a CNA in an Alzheimer’s Care Unit, Trainer and Leader in a large Call Center, and to present with our companies. Rachel has been with our team for 5 years and is one of our greatest assets. We couldn’t imagine our team or life without her! Sometimes in life you hire someone and they become family and that she has!!

Marcie Tacker

Marcie is a dedicated local Realtor and has called Odessa Midland home for 25+ years. With deep roots, she has strong connections and a genuine appreciation for the community.

Passionate about connecting people with resources, Marcie excels in building relationships and helping others achieve their goals in life and their homes!!

Beyond work, she's driven by love for the community, family, and friends. Actively involved in local programs, Marcie contributes to making a positive impact. In her free time, she explores new destinations, always seeking, learning, and adventure. Marcie's zest for life shines through in everything she does. Welcome Home is blessed to know her!!
